I lived on the outskirts of Rochester City, NY, in a suburb that runs right along the Erie Canal. Whenever it was warm out I would ride my bicycle to school. That day was one of those days. It about 6 AM, and the sun hasn gone over the horizon yet, so it is gray skies and dark shadows all around. I riding my bicycle along a gravel path to the side of the canal, on my way to school. The water is pitch black and it is comfortably quiet when all of a sudden the morning birds stop chirping. It creepy but I don think much of it until I hear a new noise. At first I thought it was distant thunder, but thunder wasn quite right. As it got closer it sounded more like a big engine. I traced the source of the noise somewhere down stream and saw a steadily flickering orange light. I was riding my bike towards whatever it was, which I thought must have been a small yacht. I got closer to it and by this time I realized a couple of things; one, it was moving upstream (towards me) and two, something was definitely wrong with the noise it made. It wasn anything like a motor report. it was a deep, constant frequency. The noise was getting to be VERY loud as it got closer. It got so close that I could have picked up a pebble and hit it when I noticed something was off about the flickering light it was distorted, and dulled. Whatever the thing was, it was underwater. Finally the noise was so loud than I could feel it in every bone. I was so focused on the flickering light and the mind numbing noise that I veered off to the side of the trail, wobbled, and fell off of my bike. Right as I fell, I remember the light changing from the dull orange to a brilliant blue, then all was quiet. No sound at all besides my racing heartbeat. No flickering light. Nothing visible in the black water. My hands were scraped up from stopping my fall, and my jeans had mud on them, but that all I had to show from the experience. To this day I have no idea what happened in that canal. I tried to make explanations for it. Nothing that I come up with or the people who I told this story to have suggested anything more likely than what this thread is all about. Fucking aliens..

Image and Etiquette Consulting in Coral Gables, Florida. In this clip, I'm going to talk about how to wear the right hairstyle for a round face. If you have a round face, it means that it's about the same size here to here and about the same size here to here that you have over here. So pretty much, you need to go with styles that are curly and curvy sort of like things that fall like this in your face, just like I have, that they have different sizes, you know, from long all the way to here and then here. It starts structuring and elongating the face. Now, you should also avoid things that are like bangs are completely straight in your face like this. If all your bangs are like, everything is on your face, what you're going to do is that your face is going to look chubby. So you need to put things in a diagonal type of way, but with curves. Everything with curves repeating all the roundness in your face. You should also avoid just very straight lines like bob type of cuts because it's going to make your face look, of course, bigger. Again, just go with curly, curvy, wavy type of hair and different lines. Image and Etiquette Consulting. Department of Health and Human Services. Nike Roshe Run PRM Women Red White Sail Quilted,Plantar fasciitis is a painful injury that occurs when the plantar fascia, a tendon at the bottom of the foot, becomes painful and swollen. It's caused by weight bearing strain on the tendon. Earth Shoes' heel is lower than the midsole, which is thick. The shoes' toe box rises above the rest of the shoe. This forces you to put your heel down lower than the rest of your foot and push hard on your toes to get your foot off the ground. Some people think the shoes can help cure plantar fasciitis, but many podiatrists disagree, arguing that the shoe further damages the plantar fascia. They recommend different shoes and other types of therapy, including gentle stretching (but not while standing), to treat plantar fasciitis. The plantar fascia is a thick tendon that starts at a bone in your heel and ends at the ball of your foot (forefoot). The heel is where people develop pain and swelling, explains podiatrist David S. Wander on the Footwise website. The pain is usually most severe upon waking or after being sedentary for an hour or more because the injured tendon is tight. It's a common injury among runners and other athletes, but can also be triggered by standing for long periods of time, Wander adds. Pain and swelling occurs when the tendon is stretched too much or begins to pull or tear away from the bone. They include over pronation, or flat feet, which causes the arch to collapse when it's bearing weight; an unusually high arch; a sharp increase in weight bearing physical activity; and ill fitting shoes. These shoes were introduced in the early 1970s and were advertised as helping people to walk naturally, as they would when barefoot. Their popularity waned toward the end of the decade, but more stylish versions of the concept have surfaced. Wander says that many fans of the shoe cite as proof that they're designed to help people walk naturally, like the footprints we make in the sand. The heel makes a deeper imprint in sand than the midsole. The toes often make a fairly deep imprint because you push on them to make the foot leave the ground. This claim no longer appears on its website, if it ever did, but is widely alluded to in the media and by fans of the shoe. The Earth Shoe site does not currently claim to treat plantar fasciitis. The shoes are now called Earth Footware, according to an article in the April 6, 2009, Dayton Daily News article. Although people argue that the Earth Shoe helps stretch the plantar fascia, which should, in theory, help it to loosen and heal, Wander vehemently disagrees in his commentary on the Heels327 website. He argues that Earth Shoes make plantar fasciitis worse because they force the tendon to stretch while bearing the body's weight, which strains the plantar fascia. (This seems to be particularly likely among people who have flat feet, because the thick mid sole would put pressure on the tendon where it crosses the arch. Sufferers who are overweight would be at increased risk of further injury as well.) He calls for people with this injury to stretch without putting body weight on the feet. The shoes may also aggravate achilles tendonitis (the tendon that runs up the back of your foot/ankle), according to the Dayton Dayton Daily News article. If you want a shoe based approach to treating plantar fasciitis, Wander suggests that you consider Birkenstock shoes/sandals because their cork footbeds conform to the shape of your foot, providing support where it's needed. Podiatrist Stephen M. Prubit advises on his website that people buy shoes that bend at the metatarsals (where the toes join the foot), not farther back, to give the main portion of the foot the support it needs. Other forms of therapy include anti inflammatory medications to reduce pain and swelling, heel cups to cushion the heel, strapping/taping the foot and shoe, and inserts (orthotics), which can support and cushion affected areas, Wander says on Footwise. The pain on the heel may tempt you to walk more on your toes, but avoid this because it will worsen the injury, Prudit warns. What Shoes Are Best for Plantar Fasciitis? Earth Shoes Plantar Fasciitis. We Offer High Quality Cheap Nike Roshe Run PRM Women Red White Sail Quilted,Women Nike Free Run 3 Fireberry Electric Green Stuff is everywhere. There are papers piled up on the desk, books next to the bed, and scraps of paper with "to do's" and reminder notes everywhere. But where are my keys?!!! If this situation is something you can relate to, fear not, there is help. Many people with attention deficit disorder (ADHD) are easily overwhelmed. They not only lose track of time, but lose things. A man, very successful in his industry, reported that he lost two cell phones in less than a month. His keys also seem to have legs since they never seem to be where he thinks he may have put them. When you have a permanent "home" for items, and you develop the habit of putting things in these designated locations, you should not be surprised to find that they remain there. You need your keys, and lo, there they are on the table by the door. Seems simple, huh? So why haven't you made this happen yet? The aforementioned man found that hanging a small bag on the closet doorknob was a great place to put all the things he'd need when leaving home. As for those piles of this and that. There's a solution for those as well. The thing is, it's a process. And you have to be committed to the time and energy it will take to get and keep things organized. But, I promise you, that once you have permanent places for your papers, books, shoes, etc., you will feel a sense of relief. Maybe even calm, and certainly a feeling of achievement. A good idea is to block time to tackle an area. People with ADHD are likely to have short attention spans unless hyper focusing on something interesting. Make an appointment with yourself. Set a timer for, say, 30 minutes. Start on something that will give you visible results in that amount of time. Begin by sorting. Think of big categories. Make sure one of the categories is for things you want to get rid of. The challenges are time and space. The solutions are also time and space. Blocking time in your calendar to do things and calling that time an appointment helps. If you have a short attention span, fine. It's better to do 15 minutes every day than nothing at all. Blocking space means identifying homes, be they file folders, shelves, or drawers. Then making sure that things go home after they've been out on the town, or wherever. If you spend just a few minutes at the beginning and end of each day returning things to their designated places you'll be able to find things and be way less likely to have piles and stacks.
