Financial markets around the world stormed higher Friday after European leaders came up with a breakthrough plan to rescue banks, relieve debt burdened governments and restore investor confidence. The Dow Jones industrial average climbed 277 points, and the Standard Poor's 500 index had its best day of the year. Stocks advanced even further in Europe, in strong and weak countries alike. The price of oil posted its biggest one day increase in more than three years, and other commodities shot higher signs of hope that a deal in Europe will remove a big barrier to a healthier world economy. The leaders agreed to pump money directly into stricken banks, let some countries tap into rescue money without submitting to stringent budget requirements and, later, tie European governments closer in economic union. David Kelly, chief global strategist at JPMorgan Funds, said it was becoming clear that European leaders will compromise to solve the crisis. One of the biggest stock gains Friday came in Germany, which took a hard line in earlier negotiations. "The whole language is positive here," he said. "Every time they've stared over the cliff into the abyss of a euro breakup, they've realized it's much wiser to get closer together." There was a sign immediately that Europe's latest plan was working: The cost for the troubled government of Spain to borrow money on the bond market fell dramatically, by more than half a percentage point, to 6.34 percent. Previous market rallies tied to progress in Europe have proved temporary. But for the day, at least, global stock markets were jubilant: In New York, the Dow Jones industrial average closed up 277.83 points, its second best showing this year. The S 500 index soared 33 points, or 2.5 percent. The rally left the S a gain of 8.3 percent at the halfway mark for the year. The benchmark stock index in Germany rose 4.3 percent, by far its best performance this year. Germany has the biggest economy in Europe, and it depends heavily on exports, so it needs other countries to stay healthy. Stocks hit their highest level in two months in Italy and Spain, two of the countries with the shakiest finances. Stocks also neared a two month high in Greece, another flashpoint of the debt crisis. Treasurys, sending the yield on the 10 year Treasury note up to 1.65 percent from 1.57 percent late Thursday, as demand decreased for ultra safe investments and investors raised money to buy stocks. Energy prices rose sharply because a cure for Europe's debt problem would remove a big drag on global economic growth. The price of oil jumped $7.27 per barrel to $84.96. It was a gain of 9.4 percent, the biggest for oil since March 2009. Seven of the 17 euro countries are in recession, and unemployment in euro countries is 11 percent. Gold gained $54, the biggest jump since June 1, to $1,604 an ounce. Copper and silver both rose about 5 percent. Copper is a key material for economic expansion because of its use in electrical wiring, pipes and machinery. The euro gained 2.3 cents against the dollar, to $1.2651. On Thursday, economic reports from the United States were discouraging, and the Dow fell as much as 177 points. But stocks staged a big comeback late in the day and closed down modestly, partly because rumors swirled that European leaders were more conciliatory. News of the deal in Europe broke overnight, and on Friday, stocks soared from the open. The Dow swung 430 points between its Thursday low and the high it reached late Friday. Some market analysts remained cautious. Uri Landesman, president of Platinum Partners LLC, a New York hedge fund, said he expects more sharp leaps and dives this summer as traders speculate about Europe's future. "This Europe thing is going to trade up and down based on the news of the day," Landesman said. Kelly took a brighter view. Besides the Europe deal, he referred to a Greek election this month won by parties that support a European bailout, and the Supreme Court's decision Thursday to uphold most of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul. "Uncertainty is diminishing," he said. employers have created far fewer jobs in March, April and May than the three months before. job growth. Because of the economic fears and a deep slump in May as Spain's banks teetered near collapse, the S 500 lost 3.3 percent for the quarter. But the S started the summer strong. It rose 4 percent in June, its best month since February and its strongest June since 1999. For the year, the Dow is up 662.53 points, or 5.4 percent. The Nasdaq composite index is up 12.7 percent. For the day, the Dow closed up 277.83 points, or 2.2 percent, at 12,880.09. The S 500 rose 33.12, or 2.5 percent, to 1,362.16. The Nasdaq rose 85.56, or 3 percent, to 2,935.05. Industrial and information technology stocks rose the most of the 10 industry groups in the S 500. Those companies would benefit from faster growth and stronger demand from Europe, a key trading partner. In corporate news, Research in Motion, maker of the BlackBerry, plunged $1.92, or 20.3 percent, to $7.54 after the company posted quarterly results that suggest it is crumbling faster than thought. RIM is cutting 5,000 jobs and unexpectedly delaying the launch of new phones deemed critical to its survival. I'm here with Stephanie and today we're going to show you some tips on how to prevent little red bumps when you're tweezing. Red bumps when you're tweezing really are the cause of a little bit of minor irritation and often sometimes ingrown hairs. That's when hairs that you pluck don't grow out of the follicle, out of the surface of the skin or the pore, they actually kind of get lodged underneath. So to prevent that, the first thing, is you really want a great tool. This is the Elite Sculpting Tweezer, it's my own tweezer, it's slanted and it's extremely precise. That's the first step, is not having a tweezer that's dull or that you really don't feel like you have a handle on. When you tweeze you want to pull each hair individually in the direction of hair growth. If you feel like your hair is really stubborn you can use a warm compress, even just a wash cloth in warm water to hold on the eye area for about 10 seconds to open up the pores. So that's one trick just to make it a little bit easier. Here with Stephanie I'm just going to go in and individually take hairs one by one and give nice strong swift little pulls in the direction of hair growth. If you pull in the direction of hair growth you'll cleanly remove each eyebrow hair and you wont be breaking them off which is why you can have ingrown hairs. After you're done tweezing you can always use a cold compress to then kind of close the pores. You can follow up with a little bit of witch hazel, sometimes I'll just even take a Q tip and I'll just kind of lightly dip it in witch hazel and I'll just take it across the brow. And that has antiseptic properties and that further will prevent red bumps. But the real trick is the tool and the technique. I'm Joey Healy the celebrity eyebrow specialist to the stars, here with Stephanie and that's just some tips on how not to get red bumps on your eyebrows. And versatile doesn't have to mean boring, either. You can find many basics with a twist. For the average fashionista, Christmas comes four times a year. Each season means new trends and a new shopping adventure that can make you feel like a 12 year old kid hopped up on hot cocoa. As exciting as it is to bag new looks in clothing, shoes and accessories every few months, however, seasonal wardrobes can leave your credit card looking more ragged than a half eaten candy cane. Although keeping up with fall comfy camel coats and chic sweaters while maintaining a budget sounds more difficult than gift shopping for your strange Uncle Frank, there are plenty of tricks to maintaining a contemporary style without lagging behind the fashion curve. The maxi skirt is versatile, go to style (photo: Larry Busacca/Getty Images Entertainment/Getty Images) According to Kelsey Dundon, Vancouver based fashion blogger for The Anthology and lifestyle editor at Vitamin Daily, a budget friendly way of staying on top of fall 2011 trends starts with raiding the depths of your closet to evaluate what you already own. "Long maxiskirts were everywhere . and they'll look beautiful with flat boots on sunny fall days," Dundon said. "Ladylike pencil skirts from a few seasons ago are huge again. Shoes are more classic than they have been in recent seasons, so dig deep in your closet, polish off the pairs you bought a few years ago and rock them all over again." Anita Clarke, founder and editor of Toronto fashion blog I Want I Got, says that re wearing vibrant summery duds can be a great way to stay fashionable while saving money. "Many of these bright items can be transitioned into fall," said Clarke. "Who says fall has to be full of solemn colors?" And those aren't the only ubiquitous pieces: "Military and sport influenced outerwear is always in style," said Clarke, "as well as the chunky sweater. Skinny pants aren't going anywhere, either." For Miami based Carmen Ordonez, founder and editor of the blog Viva Fashion, dresses are another summer staple that may easily be re worn in cooler weather. "Dresses that you would just wear in the summer, you could actually layer it with a skirt and make it into a top," Ordonez suggested. "And also the other way around. You could put a top over it and make it look like a skirt." Cashing In on Old Clothes One fashion lover's old wardrobe can be another trendsetter treasure. According to style bloggers Kelsey Dundon, Anita Clarke and Carmen Ordonez, there are a few ways to make a bit of dough off of clothing that's lost its magic, leaving you with a few extra dollars to put toward purchasing fall fashion must haves. local consignment store is a great option for selling old clothes to make a bit of cash to buy new ones, suggested Dundon. usually give you 40 to 50 per cent of the price they sell it for, and will often take many pieces at once. also notes a few online resources for marketing your old threads. is also a good option if you don't mind dealing with shipping and the one by one nature of sales," she said. "If you have a piece that's truly vintage, Etsy is a great outlet for that. Although Clarke considers herself a when it comes to clothing, some of her friends have found creative ways of retailing the clothes they no longer wear. people I know use consignment shops, yard sales or Craigslist, she explained. If you not looking to score some cash from your clothes, Ordonez says you can always trade with some friends. a swap party, Ordonez recommended. a really great way to get together with some girlfriends and swap clothes. So basically, you getting a whole new wardrobe without spending a dime. She suggests shopping at places such as Forever 21, Target and local vintage stores for affordable trends. Clarke likes Zara, Topshop and H because they are heavily influenced by designer fashion and feature contemporary styles at a lower price point. When it comes to purchasing trend clothing, Ordonez recommends shopping smart. She keeps one simple rule in mind: Buy a trend piece only if you got at least two items in your wardrobe to pair it with. She says this prevents the unnecessary cost of having to buy a whole new outfit. Ordonez also advises trend seekers to use accessories as a way to revamp a wardrobe. A chunky necklace or pair of sultry chandelier earrings can update classic staples in a jiffy. However, when you do have a few extra bucks to blow, Ordonez recommends investing your pennies in durable, versatile garments. should definitely have a good jacket in your wardrobe, Ordonez said. something you could splurge a little bit on, since it is a classic piece and it something you can wear over and over again. You want to make sure it a good fabric and a good material. It could be a formal jacket, or something a little more informal. I typically like a good pea coat, and depending on the color you get it in, it could look formal or informal. A good staple, to be on the safe side, is a black or navy pea coat. It something that would go perfect with everything, whether you going out on the town or (putting it) over a dress or wearing it to work." a little more informal is a good leather jacket. Ordonez continued. again, is something that isn going to go out of style, and it also a really big piece come fall and winter. You could wear it with jeans and a T shirt, or you could even dress it up. says to choose wardrobe staples like boots, denim and sweaters pieces that can last for years and may never go out of style. They'll save you a wad of cash in the long run. you're going to be wearing a piece often, you'll want to make sure it will hold up in the wash or at the dry cleaners, Dundon added. When it comes to footwear, for example, she always invests in a quality pair of everyday wear boots that can easily be re soled, re polished and renewed by a shoe repair shop season after season. with great versatility are the building blocks of any wardrobe. And versatile doesn't have to mean boring either. You can find many basics with a twist. Add some interesting accessories, and you're good to go. Brown/Getty Images Entertainment/Getty Images) Whether you're re purposing the ancient items in your closet or mixing old favorites with new trendy purchases, Clarke says you've got plenty of options when it comes to staying stylish on a dime. She notes that fashion is more accepting than ever of clashing prints and colors. Anything goes, which can make your potpourri of a wardrobe a goldmine of contemporary fashion. "Don't be shy," Clarke said. "Be bright and obnoxious. Layering is a great way to make use of spring or summer items in your closet. Pair short sleeve tops with cardigans or blazers and summer dresses with leggings or wool opaque tights." "Mixing and matching prints has never been bigger," agreed Dundon. "There's an art to doing so without looking like a fashion victim, so it's safest to stay in the same color family and pair a bigger, bolder print with a subtler, more textural one. Head to toe ladylike is no longer something to shy away from we can thank Kate Middleton for that so you can feel free to wear your blouses, skirts, and jackets in a more formal way than you might have in the past."

The A line, it's going to start at the base of the neck, right where it meets the back in between the shoulder blades, it's going to pass straight down, and on this jacket it's pretty much this centerline weave. It's going to come all the way down, not quite to the tail bone, but just above it. The B line is going to start a little bit outside and it's going to be concave. It's going to be probably two fingers off the centerline. It's a slightly concave shape that ties into, right around the L1, maybe even a little lower. The C line is an actual C shape that starts, roughly, mid latissimus and it's going to pass underneath the latissimus dorsi, out to the outer wing. The D line is going to start right in the middle of the shoulder blade itself. It's going to pass down below the C, by about, you want to use probably your second knuckle, is a good indicator.
